1-Security Deposit amount is to be paid in cash at the time of pickup. In case of non-payment the order stands cancelled and no rent refund will be issued for the same.

 

2-Motorcycle needs to be returned at the specified Date/Time as mentioned during booking on the website. Delay of more than 30 mins would attract penalty of additional day rent.

 

3-Trip extension requests are to be made atleast 6 hours before the drop off time. Such requests are to be made to assigned field executive over the phone. As per booking schedule of the bike field executive may confirm or deny the request. Default in case of denied extension request will attract twice the daily rent of the bike.

 

4-Pickup Date/Time modification requests are to be made atleast 6 hours before the pickup time by connecting with the assigned Field Executive. Such requests are subject to availability of motorcycle at the requested Date/Time.
4-Cancellation Charges as mentioned below
0 -24 Hours – 100%
24 hours before Start – 20%

5-Below mentioned documents needs to be verified in original of each rider. Document 2 will be deposited at the time of pickup and returned during drop off. In case of failure to furnish the documents, order stands cancelled. No rent refund would be issued in such cases. 

Document 1 – Driving License 

Document 2 – Passport, Election Card, Aadhaar Card, ID Issued by Central or State Govt. (Any one of the following).

 

7-Bike Servicing is mandatory after every 1500 Kms of journey. Invoices are to be shared to verify proper service of the bike. In case of failure, the customer is liable to pay fine as calculated by the vendor.

 

8-In case of damage to the motorcycle due to accident/mishandling/carelessness necessary deduction will be made from the Security Deposit at the sole discretion of the vendor. In case the repair amount is greater than security deposit, customer is liable to pay the additional amount.

 

9-Breakdown during journey needs to be informed immediately to the vendor before repair. After authorization, the customer can go ahead with the repair. In such cases amount would be reimbursed to customer only on presenting original printed Invoice.

 

10-In case of theft the customer is liable to pay in full the market rate of the Motorcycle.
In case of Engine fault or failure the customer needs to connect with vendor before repair. Original printed invoice is mandatory to claim reimbursement for the same.

 

11-If customer has opted for Motorcycle delivery, the pickup and drop off location needs to be specified at the time of booking. No request for change of location would be entertained at a later stage. Additional charges of Rs. 500 in case of change in drop off location. No rent refund would be issued for cancelation due to delivery address change request.

 

12-Security Deposit refund in case of Motorcycle Delivery order would be done post assessment of damages by the vendor directly in customer’s bank account within 5 working days.

 

13-Motorcycle bookings are subject to availability. Wheelstreet reserves the right to cancel any booking if deemed necessary.
We provide two helmet per motorcycle and a luggage carrier for Avenger & Royal Enfield. No other accessories are provided with the motorcycles.

 

14-The rider needs to be of minimum age of 20 years to ride the Bike. In case of Superbikes the minimum age required is 25. Orders will be cancelled with no rent refund in case the rider is underage as per the clause.

 

15-Rider should respect and follow Traffic rules and regulation. All Challans issued due to rider negligence needs to be paid in full to the penalizing authority.

 

16-Driving under the influence of Alcohol/Drugs is strictly prohibited. Wheelstreet will not be responsible to compensate for any mishappenings or consequences in such cases. No refund of security deposit would be made to discourage riders from attempting the same.

 

17-The customer is not authorized to lend the bike to any person without informing Wheelstreet. In such cases the customer needs to verify documents of the additional rider before start of the trip. Failure to do so would attract a penalty of Rs. 1000.

 

18-In case of Damage/ loss of helmet the customer is liable to pay a fine of Rs. 1000.
Bike delivery time subject to traffic condition. Delivery time may delay upto 1 hours.
